Clint loves his daddy. He gets excited when he comes home from work, he likes his truck and lawn mower (( vroom, vroom!!)), and he loves going outside with him. I'm so blessed to have married a man that makes such a good godly role model for my children!

I'm also blessed to still have my daddy alive and well. My mom couldn't say that when she was my age and I know of a couple of people who will be spending Father's Day this year for the first time without a dad. My heart goes out to them and I pray they'll receive an extra blessing tomorrow from their Heavenly Father. He truly loves us more than any human can or will!

A Visit to the NC Zoo

8 More Weeks to Go!

I think this is the first pregnancy picture I've put on here this time around. This one was taken yesterday at the NC Zoo. Clint and I have been spending the past 2 weeks up here with my parents since most of our church meetings this month have been scheduled around here. Hubby has been driving back and forth in between meetings due to still working his lawn care business. Where he gets all that energy, I have no clue.

Our missions deputation has been going really well and we're humbled at how good God's people have treated us thus far. Yes, it DOES get tiring doing all this traveling while pregnant and taking care of a 14 month old, but God has given us the strength. We had/have 169 meetings booked for 2011 and that includes a 4-5 week trip out west at the end of the year. That should be VERY interesting with 2 little boys. :)

Greetings from NC! Just stopping by my parents' house for a quick visit before heading up to WV for a couple of church meetings. It's been 2 months since they've seen Clint so they're giving him a ton of spoiling. :)

In the Past 3 Weeks......

1) I haven't written a blog post.

2) I've turned another year older ( 30 is getting too close for comfort...)

3) Clint's top 2 teeth have finally decided to come through

4) Hubby has started getting busy with his lawn care business.

5) I broke down and finally turned on the AC ( an 85 degree house was just too hot for this pregnant woman to sleep in )

6) Hubby and I completed mini orientation at our mission board

7) I got my hair done as a birthday gift.

8) I found out that I'm going to be an aunt to a NEPHEW! Yay! This makes 3 grandsons for Dad and Mom. Also, my 3 cousins that are/were expecting this year are all having boys. You would think we had something against girls, aye?? :)

9) Hubby's brother got engaged. Looking forward to attending the wedding this fall!! ( Lord willing )
