New Year, New Car......

We had a wreck while driving in the snow to spend New Year's week with my family. Thank God none of us were hurt ( including our unborn baby ) and we were just a few miles away from our destination. However, the car was totaled due to rolling several times down a 55 foot embankment, busting several windows, denting part of the roof, and bending in the rear. Cars CAN be replaced though, but people can't.
Please pray that we'll have wisdom in finding the right vehicle for us soon.

Happy 2011 to you all!

Oh my, thank God you are alright!

After 23 yrs of marriage & spending all those years traveling from 300 to 1000 miles in a car for holidays, we've decided to do our family traveling in the summer from now on. This year, we stayed home for Christmas & thoroughly enjoyed our last year with our son at home. I love my family dearly but we won't be spending holidays together anymore if there's any chance of bad weather. Why are the major travel holidays in winter anyway?

So glad everyone is ok.

Wow! That os one scary picture! Thankful all are OK! Jessica here from IFBKJV.com. Part of my new year's resolution is cleaning up the Blog Directory you are on. I see you have moved Courtney's Contemplations here. I wanted to invite you to rejoin us if you would like. I deleted the old blog from updating. Let me know what you want to do - thanks! :)

Praise God that you are all ok! Please make sure and replace Clint's carseat. Regardless of whether or not it looks ok, it could have microscopic cracks in it. I will pray that you find another car to fit your growing family. :)
